Introduction

Use of the Platform

THE COMPANY grants the organizer a limited license to use its event management platform under their own domain. This platform is used exclusively for activities related to the sale and management of event tickets. Any use outside this purpose is prohibited and may result in service suspension.

Organizer Obligations

The organizer is responsible for all information, prices, and sales policies published on their event page. They are also responsible for complying with local regulations and laws, including data protection and consumer rights.

Limitation of Liability

THE COMPANY is not responsible for:

• Any claims from attendees regarding event quality.
• Errors in information provided by the organizer.
• Any technical or connectivity issues that temporarily affect platform usage.

Modification of Terms

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the event organizer's jurisdiction. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
