To request a refund, the attendee must contact the event organizer. THE COMPANY does not directly intervene in processing refunds and is not responsible for delays or denials of refund requests.

Cancelled or Rescheduled Events

In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the organizer may offer refund or rescheduling options. THE COMPANY acts only as an intermediary, without assuming direct responsibility for refund management.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be available in certain specific cases defined by the organizer. Any questions about partial refunds should be directed to the organizer.

Limitation of Liability

THE COMPANY is not responsible for each event's refund policy and does not guarantee that the organizer will offer refunds in all cases.
